Now a reference for all slab and joist terrace installations, the ALLAINE screw jack pedestal is designed for easy application on site. It provides considerable savings in time and effort. The ALLAINE range of pedestals has 5 different adjustable heights, from 25 to 260 mm without effort. The H60/90 screw jack pedestal corresponds to your constructions where the height under the slab is between 150 and 260 mm. The 150 to 260 mm pedestal can be easily adjusted once fitted under the slab.
A simple and efficient product
Very easy to use, ALLAINE slab supports are composed of 3 parts delivered preassembled and packaged in a bag or box according to the client’s needs.
The base, the lower part of the screw jack pedestal, is in direct contact with the concrete, sealing or asphalt. Its surface area of more than 300 cm² and its bevelled edges ensure perfect stability of the pedestal and the terrace without piercing the sealing below.
The intermediate nut is used to adjust the height of the pedestal. This allows easy adjustment of the height of the pedestal to within a millimetre in order to stabilise the slab. Adjustment is also facilitated by the supply of a tightening key to tighten the nut, even when the pedestal has already been installed under the slab.
The screw, covering a surface area of more than 100 cm² with 4 fins arranged at 90° allows placing each slab over a quarter of its surface. The screw head, which supports the slab, is also compatible with our joist adapter so that the slab terrace can be changed to a wooden slat terrace.

ALLAINE screw jack pedestals for terraces are manufactured at our production site at MIRIBEL (01). Produced by injection moulding reinforced polypropylene, they conform to all building standards so they can support permanent loads of more than 1 ton. Regular tests are performed to validate the compression strength and aging resistance of our slab supports. Furthermore, our products profit from more than twenty years of feedback from experience on construction sites without having undergone premature deterioration.
