Now a reference for all slab and joist terrace installations, the ALLAINE screw jack pedestal is designed for easy application on site. It provides considerable savings in time and effort. The ALLAINE range of pedestals has 5 different adjustable heights, and two fixed pedestals, allowing adjustment from 25 to 260 mm without effort. The H35 fixed pedestal allows you to install your slabs and ensure a minimum space to allow the passage of air, water, cables, etc.
A simple and efficient product
Very easy to use, the ALLAINE fixed slab supports are composed of 2 parts delivered pre-assembled and packaged in a bag or box according to the client’s demands.
The base, the lower part of the screw jack pedestal, is in direct contact with the concrete, sealing or asphalt. Its surface area of more than 300 cm² and its bevelled edges ensure perfect stability of the pedestal and the terrace without piercing the sealing below.
The pedestal head has a surface area of 100 cm² with 4 fins arranged at 90° so that each slab covers a quarter of the head surface. The pedestal head, which supports the slab, is also compatible with our joist adapter so that you can change from a slab to a slat terrace.

ALLAINE screw jack pedestals for terraces are manufactured at our production site at MIRIBEL (01). Produced by injection moulding reinforced polypropylene, they conform to all building standards so they can support permanent loads of more than 1 ton. Regular tests are performed to validate the compression strength and aging resistance of our slab supports. Furthermore, our products profit from more than twenty years of feedback from experience on construction sites without having undergone premature deterioration.
