Thus the part is designed and developed while taking industrialisation into account, meaning that ALLAINE can optimise the production phase. With its partners, it can design automated processes and special machines that will be used as mould press bases in order to rationalise the process.
Automated and optimised processes
The manufacture of large series, in which ALLAINE is specialised, has led it to rationalise its manufacturing process as much as possible. Thus it controls the entire production process automatically through:
- centralised material supply,
- unloading and removing parts from robotised presses,
- automated assembly and packaging.
ALLAINE ensures product traceability throughout the manufacturing process, from the acceptance of material to the delivery to the client, in absolute conformity with its quality charter.
