A new assembly line for screw jack pedestals

Concerned with maintaining its production installation at the forefront of technology and further improve its manufacturing processes, ALLAINE is installing a new assembly line for its screw jack pedestal range.
This new assembly line is designed to increase ALLAINE’s production capacity and reduce lead times, thus making it more reactive for its clients.

Improved product quality and service

This new assembly line was designed to increase and optimise the assembly of screw jack terrace pedestals while permitting full quality control. ALLAINE constantly seeks to improve its products and the quality of its services. That is why this new assembly process has to ensure the pre-screwing of the pedestal before it is packed in order to validate the quality and resistance of the thread.

Composed of a flange in direct contact with the concrete, sealing surface or asphalt, and an intermediate nut for adjusting the height and a screw to support the slabs, the screw jack pedestal is very easy to use. A simple and effortless turn of the nut ensures that terraces are straight and stable. As with the rest of our range, this 90/150 mm high screw jack pedestal is compatible with our joist adapter to achieve the same simplicity for wood and composite wood terraces.

Reactivity: an essential quality for construction

Almost from the outset, ALLAINE staked on its reactivity to ensure production and delivery by constantly improving its production tools and its partnerships with transporters. This strategy has now paid off since ALLAINE can respond to all the demands for the products making up its standard range within 48 hours. As for delivery deadlines, it relies on solid partnerships with its transporters to ensure deliveries to its clients or directly and speedily to the construction site.

Keeping within deadlines is essential in the construction sector to avoid additional costs linked to stoppages. ALLAINE has over 20 years’ experience with construction companies, so it works in close collaboration with project managers, architects, etc., to make sure its products are delivered on time.
