Concerned with supervising the project from the product design phase to producing series, ALLAINE also supervises:
- Machine tool design and production: in collaboration with its moulders, ALLAINE determines the machine tool specifications and supervises its production in order to keep within deadlines.
- Injection mould production and testing: ALLAINE carries out machine tool validation tests and launches serial production at its French site. The tests can be performed in the presence of the client so machine tool and product quality are validated together.
A quality maintenance service
All the moulds and tools owned and used by ALLAINE are serviced at the end of each production run. A dedicated maintenance service ensures that the moulds are kept in perfect condition by carrying out the operations required for their efficient operation and longevity.
ALLAINE can ensure the:
- maintenance;
- repair (CAM/CAD, machining, TIG or laser welding, thermal treatments, surface treatments);
- reconstruction (modelling, digitization, CAM/CAD);
- and optimisation (thermal and mechanical analyses, descaling, modification)
of moulds up to 5 tons.
